Ser Infrastructure Private Limited

Ser Infrastructure Private Limited is basically run out of a flat in Deepjoyti Co Op Hsg Soc. It’s flat 402, right near Birla College in Kalyan. If you know the area, it’s usually pretty busy with students walking around. We’ve been here for a while now. Most of our work involves infrastructure stuff, but we aren't some massive corporate office with glass walls. It's just a regular place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to various sites. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but we make do. Kalyan is growing fast, so there is always some project or another keeping us occupied. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors or sitting around the big table in the main room looking at blueprints. It gets a bit noisy when the college lets out, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We don’t really have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines. Usually, it’s just us and a few staff members trying to stay on top of the paperwork. We’ve had people get lost looking for the society, but once you see the college, you’re basically there. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We like being local and staying close to where the actual building happens. It’s not flashy, but the work gets done and the records stay organized in those big metal cupboards we’ve had since we started.
