Sembawang (Punj Lloyd)

Our office is located over in Cbd Belapur at Sector-21, specifically in the Income Tax Colony. The address is F8 / 0:1, and it is also near Sector 22, which can be a little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with how the buildings are laid out here. It is a pretty organized area compared to some other parts of Navi Mumbai. We have been operating out of this space for Sembawang (Punj Lloyd) for a while now. The building is older, but it serves us well for what we need. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some basic office equipment. We don't have any of those modern lounge areas or bean bags you see in magazines these days. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. The colony has a lot of trees, which makes the walk from the station a bit more pleasant during the day. There are usually a few stray dogs sleeping near the entrance, and they don’t bother anyone. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes and heat up our food. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so we all know how things run. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it isn't really a priority right now. We are more focused on getting through the daily pile of work on our desks. It’s a decent place to be.
