Seepra Agro Infra Private Limited is located over at Ghodbunder Road in Thane. Our spot is B1/23 in the Anunagar Chsl, which is inside the Anunagar Compound in the Waghbil area. If you know Thane, you know how packed Ghodbunder Road gets these days. We chose this location because it’s a good middle ground for the kind of infrastructure work we do in the agro sector. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything. It's a modest setup in a cooperative housing society where we manage our day-to-day tasks. Most of our time is spent looking at plans and dealing with the logistics of agricultural infrastructure. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and files because there is always something going on. Waghbil has its own pace, and being tucked away in the Anunagar Compound gives us a bit of a quiet space away from the main road noise. We have been operating from here for a bit, and the locals in the society know us well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs right. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but we just keep working through it. It’s a very hands-on environment here. Everyone wears a few different hats to get things done. We handle the business side of things from this room, making sure the infra projects stay on track. There's no corporate polish here, just people working on computers in a Thane apartment.
