S.D.Construction

S.D.Construction is situated on the 2nd Floor of the Munshi Building, which is right near the Perfect Driving School on Rambaug Murbad Road in Kalyan (W). If you know the area, you know that the Pin No is 421301. Our office is in a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at our project boards. The building itself is an older one, so it has a bit of character. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our equipment and our files. It isn't the most modern office you will ever see, but it serves its purpose perfectly. Most of our clients come from the local Kalyan area, and having the driving school nearby makes it easy to explain where we are located. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze, though it brings in the sound of the traffic from Murbad Road. It is just a few of us working here, so the vibe is pretty informal. We spend a lot of time drinking coffee and figuring out the logistics for the next site visit. We aren't big on marketing or social media; we just prefer to let the work speak for itself. It is a honest living and we enjoy being right in the middle of Kalyan's daily hustle without any extra complications.
