Schindler India

We are located at 201 in the Eakveera Apartment in Navi Mumbai. This is where we handle a lot of the local work for Schindler in this part of Maharashtra. The apartment has been our base for a while now, and it is a very functional space. It is not one of those high-rise corporate offices you might expect. Instead, it is a regular building where we have set up our desks and storage for parts. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are right in the thick of things. There is always a lot of movement in the hallways and on the streets outside. Our office is usually buzzing with activity, especially in the mornings when the service teams are checking in. We have a lot of charts on the walls to keep track of where everyone is. The desks are covered in notebooks and coffee mugs. We do not worry too much about having everything look perfect as long as the work is getting done correctly. There is a small pantry where we make tea and keep our tiffin boxes. It feels more like a community hub than a strict business environment. We know the other people in the building and the shopkeepers nearby. It is a solid, reliable place to work from, and it allows us to stay close to the buildings we look after in the area. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
