Our shop is on Akurli Road in the Chandlodia area. Specifically, we are at units 27 and 28. It is a decent-sized space, but it fills up fast with all the electronics we have lying around. We handle things like TVs and other home stuff. Most of the people who come in live in the apartments nearby. They know us as the place to go when the television starts acting up or the remote stops working. We have been in Chandlodia for a long time. The street outside can get quite crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, though we usually have a TV running in the background to test the picture quality. We don't have a polished showroom. It’s more of a workshop feel. There are wires and screws on the floor sometimes, though we try to sweep up at the end of the day. My brother helps out with the heavy lifting and I do the technical stuff. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just our own small business. We like the neighborhood. We know the guy who sells snacks next door and the people at the petrol pump. It’s a normal life running a shop like this. We just take the jobs as they come and try to get people's gadgets working again. The shelving unit in the back is a bit shaky, so we watch our step.
