SARVISTA OVERSEAS PRIVATE LIMITED

If you go up to the Shubharambha building in Thane, that’s where Sarvista Overseas is. We are specifically in room A2/102 near Tikujini Wadi. It’s a nice enough area, though it gets very crowded on the weekends because of the water park nearby. During the week, it’s mostly just us and the other businesses in the complex. We deal with overseas trade, so our hours can be a bit strange sometimes. We might be in the office late to catch someone in a different time zone. The office is pretty small, just enough space for our computers and a few cabinets for all the export documents. We have a few plants on the windowsills that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them when things get busy. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on getting the shipments cleared and making sure the logistics are sorted out. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and checking tracking numbers. We often grab lunch from the small shops nearby and eat at our desks. It’s a simple operation, run by people who have been in the export business for a while. We just aim to get through the daily tasks without any major hiccups in the shipping schedule. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we get through it eventually.
