Our office is tucked away in the B-3/203 section of Raghukul Co Operative Housing Society Ltd in Kalwa. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit different than a shop on the main road. Being right behind the Parsik Bank Head Office helps people find us when they are coming for the first time. We have been here in Thane for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their travel plans or fixing transport timings. It is just a small space with a few desks and a lot of papers scattered around. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception area. If you walk in, you will likely just see us working or chatting with a local neighbor who stopped by. Kalwa can get very crowded, especially near the bank, but our spot in the society is a bit quieter. We handle various travel needs, mostly focusing on making sure the bookings are correct. There is no corporate polish here, just us doing our daily tasks. Sometimes we are very busy and the phones don’t stop ringing, and other times it is just a slow afternoon. We just take things as they come and try to be useful to the people who use our services. It is a straightforward way to run things, and we like the local feel of it.
