Our office is tucked away in Bhayander East, specifically in the New Golden Nest area. We are in Building Number 16 of the Sonam Classic society, up in Flat 301. It is a bit of a mix here because it is a residential complex but we run Sanit Exports And Imports Llp from this space. It makes the workday feel a little more relaxed than being in a big commercial tower in the middle of Thane. We mostly handle the logistics of moving goods back and forth, which involves a lot of phone calls and checking on schedules. You can see the neighborhood from our windows, and it is usually pretty lively with people going about their business. Sometimes the courier guys have a hard time finding the right wing in Phase-XI A, but they eventually get here. We have set up the flat with enough desks and computers to keep everything organized. It is not a very big team, so we all know what everyone is doing at any given moment. We spend a lot of time looking at shipping rates and making sure the paperwork for the imports and exports is actually correct. Dealing with the port authorities takes up a lot of our energy, but that is just part of the trade. We like being based in Bhayander because it is close to home for most of us, making the daily commute much easier.
