You can find us at Number 19 in the Audumber building which is part of the Avadhoot Society. We are located on N.S.S Road right in Dombivli West. It is a pretty busy residential area and we have been part of this community for quite a while. Sanghvi Premises Pvt Ltd is mostly about handling property and space matters. Our office isn't very large but it’s where we do all our paperwork and meet with people. The Pin-421202 area is always humming with activity. We see a lot of people passing by every day. We don’t have a big receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. Things can get a bit cluttered with all the files and maps we have lying around. It’s just how we work. We don't try to look like a big multinational company. We are just local people who know the Dombivli area very well. If there is a problem with a building or a tenant we just deal with it directly. Some days we are out on site and other days we are stuck behind the desk doing calculations. It is honest work and we have built up a lot of relationships with the neighbors over the years. We just keep our heads down and try to do a decent job every single day.
