We are based out of Exotica D-1903 in the Casa Rio Gold complex. It is right on Kalyan Shil Road here in Thane. Our office isn't on the street level, so you have to come up to the nineteenth floor to see us. Sanchay Parv Mutual Benefit Nidhi Limited is basically a group of people helping each other out with money. We’ve been in this part of Thane for a while. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic on the main road, but it is quieter once you get up to the office. We deal with memberships and savings. It’s pretty standard stuff. We don't have a huge staff or a lobby full of people. Usually, it's just a few of us making sure the numbers add up correctly. It can be a bit of a climb if the elevators are slow, but we like the view from up here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to serve the people living in this neighborhood and the surrounding apartment blocks. Most of our members are just regular families looking for a safe place to put their money. We keep things simple and honest. No big speeches or fancy brochures. We just sit down, talk through the details, and do the paperwork. It is just a normal day of work for us. Being tucked away in a residential building keeps us focused on the people who actually live around here.
