Samruddha Vasundhara Foundation

Our office is over in Dombivli East, at the Sushil CHS. We are up on the first floor in Block Number 6. If you know Chiplunkar Road in Ram Nagar, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a pretty active neighborhood. There’s always someone walking by or a car honking on the road. The Samruddha Vasundhara Foundation has been in this building for a bit now. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but we’re used to them by now. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have some old wooden desks and a few fans that hum all day long. It gets quite warm in Thane, especially in the afternoons. We try to stay organized, but with all the paperwork we handle, things tend to pile up on the corners of the tables. We don’t use any big words or have fancy meetings. We just sit down, talk about what needs to happen, and then we do it. Being in a residential building like Sushil CHS means we have to be mindful of the noise, so we keep things relatively quiet. Most of us take the local train to get here. It’s just a regular part of our routine. We like being in Ram Nagar because everything is close by. If we need something, we just walk down the street. It’s a humble setup, and that’s how we like to run things. It works for us and the work we do.
