We are based out of room 601 in Sameer Tower. It’s a typical office setup, nothing too flashy. Swastik Petro Products Consulting Llp is basically just a few of us working on various projects related to the petro industry. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets and technical papers. It can get pretty quiet in the office when everyone is concentrating. We chose this spot because it's central and easy to get to. There’s a tea stall downstairs where we usually grab a drink in the afternoon. It’s a good place to clear your head for a few minutes before going back to the desk. We don’t do a lot of advertising; most people find us through word of mouth or old contacts. Our desks are usually covered in files and notes. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. The lift in the building is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up waiting in the lobby talking to the other tenants. We’ve been in this tower for a while now and it feels like home. We just handle the consulting work as it comes in and try to stay on top of the industry changes. It’s steady work and we enjoy the technical side of things without all the corporate drama. We often stay late when a project is due, ordering some food and working through the night. The security guard knows us well by now.
