You can find us at 103 Vimal Park, right on Mohane Road in Kalyan. It’s in the Shahad West area, postcode 421103. The office for Saint_Gobain here is pretty humble. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in Mumbai. We’re in a more residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold workspace. There’s usually a bit of noise from the road outside, and the trains nearby at Shahad station are a constant background sound. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few fans to keep the air moving when it gets humid. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure the paperwork is in order. We don’t really do those big corporate meetings. Instead, we just have a quick chat while we’re getting water or having a break. It’s a very grounded way to work. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the people who live in the building. It’s just a normal job for us. We don’t try to sound like a big global firm when we are just here in Kalyan doing our bit. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep everything running smoothly without any unnecessary drama or complicated processes. Sometimes it gets a bit messy, but we manage fine. It’s just how we do things.
