You can find us in Thane, at Shau Smurti Apartment, specifically in unit 4/406. Thane has grown so much over the years, and our little corner here is part of that busy sprawl. The apartment building is a standard residential structure, and we’ve been operating out of this fourth-floor space for a while now. It’s a very typical Maharashtra setting, with families living all around us and the usual daily sounds of a residential block. Working from an apartment means we have a kitchen and a regular bathroom, which makes it feel much less like a cold office and more like a home. We spend our days at the Shau Smurti location dealing with the Weber side of the Saint Gobain business. The commute can be a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from in Thane, but the area is well-connected enough. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up from our desk to let you in. It’s a very practical, no-frills way of doing things. We keep our files organized, we stay on top of the emails, and we drink a lot of tea. The balcony gives us a little view of the neighborhood, which is nice when you need a minute away from the computer screen. It’s just a regular group of people working in a regular apartment.
