Safelink

Our place is in Kalyan East, specifically over in Kangra Lok Dhara. It is on the sixth floor of the D-2 building. If you know Maharashtra, you know how things can get crowded and busy. We are right there in the middle of it. The office is where we handle all the link stuff and connections. It is a lot of staying on the phone and checking the computer screens. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and that's never fun when you're in a hurry. We’ve got a lot of cables and hardware around the room. It looks a bit messy to some, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time making sure things stay connected for people. It is not glamorous work by any means. There are a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when something goes wrong somewhere. We just handle it as it comes. The view from the sixth floor is alright, you can see the trains moving in the distance. We've been based here in Kalyan for some time. Most of our day is spent talking to people who just want their stuff to work. We don't use big words or try to act like we know more than we do. We just do the work, keep the records straight, and try to stay organized. That's the way we've always done things here. It's simple work but it's important.
