Our office is located at 212, Plot 75 in the Vardhaman Market area of Sector-17, Vashi. It is a pretty busy spot in Navimumbai, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We have been in this building for quite a while, and the office reflects that. There are stacks of files everywhere and the shelves are groaning under the weight of old project binders. We do a lot of technical work that requires a lot of concentration and long hours at the desk. Most of our days are spent going through blueprints or dealing with the local authorities for various permissions. It is not a very exciting life, but it is steady work. We are a small team and most of us have been working together for years. We usually eat lunch at our desks or go down to one of the small shops in the market for a quick bite. The office doesn't have any expensive art or fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done, like good computers and enough desk space to spread out a large drawing. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we have gotten used to it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is accurate before it goes out the door. It is just a normal office where people work hard and drink plenty of tea.
