Sab Kutch Enterprise Llp is situated in Gala L 218, right in the middle of the Turbhe Fruit and Vegetable Market. Being in Sector 19 means we are surrounded by the intense chaos of the APMC market every single morning. We usually start our work when most of the city is still asleep because that’s when the big trucks come in from the farms. It’s a loud, messy, and very fast-paced environment to work in. We deal with all sorts of different produce, which is why we picked the name we have. We don't have a polished office with desks or air conditioning. We work right in the gala, surrounded by wooden crates and the strong smell of fresh vegetables. Some days are much better than others, depending on the market prices and the rainfall. We have a few local guys who help us with all the heavy loading and unloading. We spend a lot of time on the phone haggling with traders and checking on the status of our shipments. It’s not the kind of job you do if you like staying clean and tidy. By the time we finish our shift, there’s usually bits of mud or onion skins stuck to our shoes. We don't have a grand vision. We just try to get the produce where it needs to go before things start to spoil. It’s a simple business of buying and selling day after day.
