S. S. J. Impex India Private Limited

S. S. J. Impex India Private Limited is basically just us working out of Shop 13 in the Hari Heritage building. We are located in Kamothe, specifically in Sector 22, and our plot numbers are a bit of a mouthful, 17A through 20. It is a busy little area in Navi Mumbai. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular shop where we handle all our impex business. The morning usually starts with some tea and trying to get the computer to wake up. We spend a lot of our time dealing with shipping documents and calling up vendors to see where things are stuck. Sometimes the traffic in Kamothe gets pretty bad, which makes getting things delivered a bit of a headache. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper everywhere. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighbors know us well. We don't really do much marketing or anything because the work keeps coming in through word of mouth mostly. It's a lot of long hours, especially when there are deadlines for shipments. We just try to get the work done right and move on to the next task. It's not a glamorous job, but it's what we do every day. Navi Mumbai is growing fast and we are just trying to keep our small corner of it running smoothly.
