Rukmini Manorath Foundation is based in Karave Village. Our office is located in Swastik Residency, Flat Number 309. If you are looking for the house numbers, it's 800/002 and some of the connected ones. It’s a bit of a specific address, but once you find Swastik Residency, it’s easy enough. Karave Village has its own distinct character, even as the city grows around it. We are in the 400706 area. The flat is our main base where we do all the organizing and paperwork. It’s a quiet enough building most of the time. We aren't a big company with a high-rise office. We’re just a foundation working out of a residential apartment. We like being in a place that feels like a real neighborhood. Our setup inside is basic—just some desks, chairs, and our files. We don't go in for fancy branding or expensive office gear. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the area pretty well. It’s a good spot for us because it’s grounded and keeps us connected to the local reality. Most days you’ll find one or two of us here handling the phones or sorting through things. It isn't a polished corporate environment. It’s just a workspace for people who want to get things done without a lot of fuss. We try to keep it simple and honest, focusing on the tasks at hand rather than making a big show of things. It's a decent place to spend our working hours in Karave. We plan to stay here for as long as we can.
