We’re located over in the Osiya Mata Compound in the village of Kalher. Our space covers units A/68 to A/71, right off Reti Bunder Road. It’s a dusty, busy area full of warehouses and large lorries moving about at all hours. We’ve been here in the Bhiwandi Taluka for a long time now. The office isn't much to look at—just a few desks, some old cupboards for files, and a very tired-looking ceiling fan that squeaks when it's on high. We spend most of our day keeping track of inventory and making sure things get loaded correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We aren't big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. Usually, we just shout across the floor if we need something. Lunch is often a quick bite from the local dhabas nearby, or whatever we brought from home. The monsoon season is the hardest because the roads get flooded, but we still manage to keep things moving. It’s a straightforward life out here. We know the other warehouse folks in the compound, and we all just try to get through the day's work without any major hiccups. There’s no lobby or receptionist; you just walk in and find someone at a desk. We’re just a practical bunch of people doing what we’ve always done in this part of Maharashtra. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our daily reality and we’re used to it.
