R.T.Shetye & Co

R.T.Shetye & Co is based out of unit 217 in the Devendra Industrial Estate. We’re located in Lokmanya Nagar, which is a fairly busy part of town. Our workspace is tucked away inside the estate along with a lot of other small companies. We spend our time working on various projects, mostly involving local clients who need specific tasks done. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, even when we have a lot of work on our plate. We don't really have any fancy decorations or a modern office setup. It’s just a practical space where we can get things done without too much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, which can be a real pain, but we just wait it out or do what we can by hand. We’ve got a few desks and some storage, but the focus is really on the work itself. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time. We know the other business owners in the estate, and we often help each other out if someone is missing a tool or needs a hand with something. It’s a good community to be a part of. We aren't trying to grow into some huge corporation; we just want to keep doing what we do and stay consistent. It's a quiet life at the estate. We just take it day by day.
