RRK PENCIL INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is in Flat 601, Building 10, over at Jeevan Lifestyles in Shirgaon. It’s right on the border area near Ambarnath and Badlapur. Even though our name says RRK Pencil Industries, this is mostly where we handle the admin and planning side of things. The actual manufacturing involves a lot more machinery, but the day-to-day management happens right here. It’s a sixth-floor apartment, so we have a decent view of the surroundings. Working out of a residential complex means we have to keep things relatively quiet. We don't have customers coming in and out all day long. It's mostly just us dealing with suppliers and sorting out the logistics of making pencils. It’s a basic product, but there’s a lot that goes into it, from the wood to the lead and the packaging. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The team is pretty tight-knit. We aren't trying to be some massive conglomerate. We just want to produce good pencils and keep the business running smoothly. Being in Shirgaon is convenient because it’s a developing area with a lot of potential. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our laptops. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. There’s no fancy lobby here, just a regular home-style office where we get the job done every morning.
