We are located up on the 3rd floor of Suraj House, right on Ghodbunder Road. It’s the building directly above the HDFC Bank in the Dongri Pada area. If you’re driving towards Suraj Water Park, you’ve probably noticed the building before. It’s a very busy road with new apartments and shops going up all the time. We manage our ready-mix operations from this office. This is where all the planning, phone calls, and paperwork happen every day. While our trucks are out at the construction sites, we’re here making sure the timing is right and the orders are correct. The lift in Suraj House can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often just take the stairs to get things moving. It’s not the quietest office because of all the traffic noise coming from Ghodbunder Road, but it’s a good, central spot for us to work from. We have a small team here and we mostly just focus on our logs and schedules. We don’t have a fancy reception desk with a bowl of mints or flowers. It’s just a regular office with desks, computers, and maps of the city pinned to the walls. We drink our tea, talk to the drivers on the radio, and get through the day's tasks. Being near the water park means there’s a lot of activity on the weekends, but for us, it’s just another place to do our work. We try to keep everything straightforward for ourselves and the people we work with.
