If you are looking for us, we are in Room Number 12 at the Pancham Housing Society. It is right on M.P. Road in Dombivli West. There is a school right opposite us, so it gets really crowded in the mornings when the kids are arriving. Rmc Readymix (I) Pvt Ltd. has been operating from this little spot for a bit. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes with the trucks and the local traffic in Thane. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating things. Being in a residential society like this is different, but we make it work. The dust from the yard is something we are always trying to manage. It is just the way it goes when you are dealing with cement and stone all day long. Maharashtra weather gets hot, so the afternoon shift is usually the toughest part of the day. We have got a few people in the office and then the guys out with the vehicles. It is a simple setup really. We do not have any big corporate vibes here. It is just people working. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late because of the road work nearby. We just handle it as it comes. We have been in the district for a while and most of the locals know where we are tucked away near the school. It is just regular daily work.
