Resource Planning Deployment Contracting

We are located up on the tenth floor of Tharwani Heights in Sanpada. It’s right there on Palm Beach Road, so the view is actually pretty good if you stop to look out the window. Most of the time though, we are buried in spreadsheets and contracts. Being in Sector 18 puts us in a busy part of Navi Mumbai. We have people coming in and out all day for the deployment side of the business. It’s a lot of planning and making sure folks are where they need to be. The office is a bit more modern than some others, but it still gets messy with all the paperwork we have to print out. We have a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Sometimes the elevators take forever, so we end up chatting in the lobby while we wait. It’s a busy enough environment, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We are just a bunch of people trying to get the contracting right. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth. You can hear the traffic from Palm Beach Road even this high up. We stay late sometimes when there’s a big project, ordering in food and just pushing through. It’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with resource planning. We try to keep things moving smoothly for everyone involved. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the regular grind of managing a business from a high-rise in Sanpada.
