Resilient Techno Solutions

You can find Resilient Techno Solutions on the third floor of the High Street Mall in Kapurbawadi. We are right above the Big Bazaar, which makes it easy to find us if you’re already out doing your shopping in Thane West. Our unit is 3B-27. It’s a mall environment, so it’s usually air-conditioned and fairly clean, but our office feels more like a workshop once you step inside. We’ve got computers and parts scattered around most of the time. It’s not the quietest place since the mall gets busy, especially on weekends when the crowds are out. We’ve been here for a while now, and the security guards all know us by name. We handle various technical fixes and software setups for people who drop by. There’s no big fancy sign, just the unit number on the door. Usually, one of us is sitting at the front desk while the rest are in the back working on something. We don’t follow a strict corporate dress code or anything. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We grab lunch from the food court downstairs quite often, which is a bit of a habit now. It’s convenient being in a mall, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We just focus on the work sitting in front of us and try to get things back to people as quickly as we can manage. We’re just regular folks who enjoy solving technical puzzles and helping the neighbors.
