You can find us at Shop No 11 in Gautam Centre. We are over in Kopri Colony, which is on the Thane East side. It’s very close to the Thane East station, so it's handy for people commuting. Reshmi Tours and Travels is a small setup. We handle all sorts of travel requests. It’s mostly just us at the desk, taking calls and filling out forms. Being near the station means it's always busy around here. We get a lot of people dropping in on their way home. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished look. It’s just a normal shop. We help with train tickets, car rentals, and tour packages. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. We've been part of the Kopri community for a while. People know they can just come in and ask about a trip. We don't give long speeches about service. We just do the booking and tell you the price. It’s a practical way to run a business. If you need to travel, we try to find the easiest way for you. Gautam Centre is a familiar building for most people in the East. We are just one of the shops there, working hard to keep things going. We don't need a lot of space to get the work done. Just a computer and some patience.
