We are located at 504, Surya Tower, which is right near Tulsidham Society. If you know Thane, you know how busy it gets off Ghodbunder Road. Our office is just a regular place where we handle real estate matters every day. It’s not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in brochures. We’ve got some desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. Most of our time is spent talking to people about property or checking on construction progress. It can be quite stressful with all the paperwork and local regulations, but we’ve been doing this for long enough to know the ropes. The neighborhood is always noisy with traffic, but we like being in the middle of things. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small group of us trying to get the job done right. We deal with developers and buyers, acting as the bridge between them. Some days are slow and others are completely chaotic, but that’s just how the property market works here. We try to keep it simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. There isn’t any secret to what we do; it’s just a lot of legwork and staying on top of the details. If you're looking for us, we're usually in the office by nine, unless we're out at a site.
