We started Relogistics India Pvt. Ltd on the second floor of Yash Paradise. The address is G-202 in Sector-8A, Airoli. Being here in Navi Mumbai gives us a good base to manage things. It’s a pretty standard office building, and we spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone with drivers and warehouse people. Logistics is basically just one big game of coordination. We have to make sure that whatever is being moved is actually where it’s supposed to be. It sounds simple, but there are a lot of moving parts. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs right. The team here is small but we’ve been together for a while. We know the Maharashtra roads and the common problems that come up with long-distance transport. We don't use those shiny brochures you see from big international firms. We just write down the details, check the weights, and make the calls. Airoli is a good spot for us, and Yash Paradise is easy enough for people to find. We’ve got a lot of paperwork to deal with, like everyone in this business, but we keep it organized. It’s just us, working through the daily list of shipments and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's a lot of work, but we find our way through the tasks.
