Reliance Rbpo

Our setup for Reliance Rbpo is mostly handled through email, which is why you see that Gmail address listed. Dhaval keeps things moving from his end. It's a bit of a modern way of doing things, I guess, not having a big physical shopfront for everyone to walk into. We do our work through the screen and make sure people get what they need. It started out as a small project and just grew into this. We aren't big on meetings or long phone calls if an email can solve it. It saves everyone a lot of time. Sometimes things get busy and the inbox fills up, but we get through it. It's just us working away, making sure the Rbpo side of things stays steady. We don't have a lot of staff or a big corporate building to show off. It’s just about getting the job done right. If you send a message, it goes straight to the person handling it. No middleman or complicated phone trees to deal with. It feels more direct this way. We’ve been at it for a while and have found that this works best for us and the people we deal with. Just a simple, straightforward way of handling business without any extra fluff or unnecessary steps.
