Reliance Industries Ltd., Oil & Gas Division

We are located in Thane West at The Rute Estate. Our specific spot is building B-2, room 703. We are working out of Umeed Mattiwala’s office space. This is the Reliance Industries Ltd., Oil & Gas Division. Being on Ghodbunder Road means we are always around a lot of traffic and movement. Patlipada is a busy area. Our office is on the seventh floor, so we are away from the street noise mostly. It's a professional place but it's not stiff. We have our files, our computers, and usually a few maps or technical drawings lying around. It's not the kind of place where customers just walk in off the street. We do a lot of technical and administrative support for the division. There is a small area to make tea or coffee, which keeps us going. The building has a decent elevator, though it can be slow during lunch hours. We've got a good view of the Thane area from up here. It’s a straightforward workspace. We aren't here to show off a fancy lobby. We are here to handle the business of the oil and gas sector. Most of the people here have been doing this for years. It's a reliable place to spend the day. We deal with the commute and the workload just like anyone else in this part of the state. It is just a regular office for the division.
