The office is located at 1004, A 25, in Happy Valley, Thane. Dealing with gas transportation infrastructure involves a lot of technical stuff that we handle every day. Maharashtra is a big place and Thane is a good hub for it. We are up here in the 1004 unit and it is usually pretty quiet except for the phones. People might think gas transport is complicated but we just look at it as a daily job. We make sure the pipes and the transport lines are doing what they are supposed to. It is a lot of monitoring and checking schedules. Happy Valley is a nice enough area to work in, though the commute can be a pain sometimes with the Mumbai traffic nearby. Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Ltd has been around for a bit and we just stick to the routine. We have our desks and our computers and we try to stay on top of things. It is not really about being fancy. We just want the gas to get where it needs to go safely. Sometimes we stay late when there is a project or something needs fixing. Mostly it is just regular office work mixed with technical logistics. We have been in India for a long time. The team here is decent and we all know our roles. It is just practical work that keeps the energy moving. We have some people on site and some here in the office.
