Reliance Communication

We’re over in Thane West, specifically at Ashtavinayak Krupa on Bhakti Mandir Road. Our unit is number 104. Paanch Pakhadi is a busy part of town, so there’s always people moving around outside. The office for Reliance Communication is pretty modest. It’s basically one large room with desks lined up against the walls. We have a lot of old files stored in boxes near the entrance because we haven't found a better place for them yet. The lighting isn't great, but it works for what we do. Most of the day is spent handling customer queries or looking through technical manuals. We’ve been at this location for a few years, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners on the street. It’s a friendly enough place. We usually have the door open to let some air in during the morning. Sometimes people wander in thinking we sell phones, but we mostly handle the backend stuff and administrative tasks. There’s a tea stall just down the road that we visit a couple of times a day to get a break from the screens. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a local branch where we try to keep things organized. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Just some calendars and maybe a few photos of our families pinned up. It’s a real place where real work happens every day, even when the computers get slow or the phones won't stop ringing for hours.
