Reliance Adag In Supply Chain Dept (Logistics Department)

Our setup is on the second floor of a building in Thane, right in the middle of all the industrial and commercial activity. We are part of the supply chain wing, which basically means we spend our whole day figuring out how to get things from point A to point B without things going wrong. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments and suppliers. The office is on the 10th block, and it gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We deal with a lot of data and tracking, so there’s always someone on a computer checking where a truck is or why a delivery is delayed. Thane has changed a lot, but this area still feels very much like a working hub. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits all the time, it’s more about people in shirts with their sleeves rolled up. We don't really have a fancy philosophy or anything, we just show up and try to make sure the supply chain doesn't break. Sometimes the paperwork piles up and it feels like we’ll never get through it, but we usually manage. It’s noisy, a bit chaotic at times, and there’s always something that needs fixing urgently. That’s just the nature of logistics work in a place like this. We just keep at it and go home when the work is done for the day.
