Regent Energy (India) Pvt. Ltd. is based in A-244 at Vashi Plaza, which is in Sector 17. Vashi Plaza is a really busy commercial complex, so there is always something going on. It can be a bit of a maze if you are not used to the layout of the different blocks and floors. Our office is not huge, but it is right in the middle of all the action in Navi Mumbai. We deal with energy projects, so there are always maps and technical documents lying around on the desks. The walk from the station isn't too bad, which is why most of us take the train. The building itself shows its age a bit, but it is a solid place to work. There are plenty of shops downstairs where we can grab a quick snack or get some printing done. The elevators are sometimes slow, so we often just take the stairs to the second floor. It is a lively environment with plenty of other businesses around us, so you never feel isolated. We have a small team that has been together for a long time, so we do not need a lot of formal meetings. We just talk across the desks to get things sorted. It is a practical, no-nonsense office where the focus is just on the daily grind and making sure the work gets done correctly for everyone involved.
