We operate out of an apartment in Nerul, specifically in Sector 8 at the Unnathi Apartment complex. It might seem a bit odd to have a construction business based in a residential area like this, but it actually works out okay for us. Being in Navi Mumbai gives us a bit more breathing room than being in the middle of the crowded main city. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is mostly for the administrative side of things—handling contracts, checking blueprints, and making phone calls. It’s a small space, E-1-5 in the C-8 block. It’s usually quiet during the day since most people are at work. We keep our files organized as best as we can, though things can get a bit cluttered when we have several projects going on at once. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you'll probably just see a few of us hunched over desks with coffee mugs. We’ve been around this part of Nerul for a while and the location is convenient for getting onto the highway quickly. It’s just a practical home base for us. We do our work, manage the crews, and try to keep everything on schedule. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we get the planning done before we go out to the actual building sites. The balcony has a decent view of the street below, which is nice.
