Our place is located in the MIDC Area over in Badlapur East. We are right at B-15, which is just across from Leather India on Police Station Road. It is a typical industrial zone, so it can get a bit dusty and loud with all the trucks passing through. We have been operating out of this facility for some time, focusing on our polishing work. The shop floor is usually where most of us are throughout the day. It isn't a quiet office job by any means. We deal with the machines and the technical side of things directly. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they are running right. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just call or drop by the gate. We keep things pretty simple. The focus is always on the parts we are working on. Being near the police station makes it easy for people to find the turnoff. It is an honest living, and we take the work as it comes. We try to keep our workspace functional rather than pretty. That is the reality of working in an industrial estate like this one.
