You can find Rashi Developers Pvt. Ltd. over in Thane West. Our office is located in the Shubharambh Complex, specifically in Phase-2, apartment A1, 501. It’s a fairly typical residential and office mix in the Manapada area. We are on the fifth floor, so it’s a bit of a trek if the lift isn’t working, which happens sometimes. We don't have a big, shiny lobby with a receptionist. It’s just our team working out of a few rooms. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors about the various building projects we have going on. Real estate is a busy business in Thane, so there is always something that needs our attention. We aren't the type of people to use big corporate words or make empty promises. We just tell people what we are working on and when we think it will be done. The office can get a bit messy with all the blueprints and files lying around, but we manage to find what we need. It’s a practical way to work and it keeps us focused on the construction itself. We’ve been in this complex for a while now and we know the other businesses in the building. We just try to be honest and straightforward with everyone who walks through our door. It’s a lot of hard work to get these projects finished, but we just take it one step at a time and try to stay organized.
