Ramdev Chemicals Pvt Ltd is based out of the M.I.D.C. Industrial Area in Tarapur, specifically at E-41. If you’ve ever been to Boisar, you know the industrial zone is a massive place filled with factories and warehouses. We fit right in there. Our day starts early because the industrial area gets busy with trucks and workers long before the sun is fully up. We deal with various chemicals, which means there’s always a specific smell in the air around E-41. It’s not a place for fancy suits or clean shoes. We spend our time on the shop floor or in the small office area making sure the batches are right. The heat in Tarapur can be a bit much in the summer, especially inside an industrial unit, but we’ve all grown accustomed to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get our orders filled and shipped out on time. The machinery is loud and there’s always maintenance to be done. Most of the people working here live nearby in Boisar, so it’s a bit of a local community even though it’s all industrial. We don’t have a PR team or a shiny website that says much. We just do the chemical work, handle the shipping logs, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do here at E-41.
