It is a busy industrial patch. The roads get pretty crowded during the rainy season, but that is just part of being out here. Inside the shop, things are usually a bit cluttered with boxes and various components waiting to be sorted or sent out. We are mostly busy with the day-to-day operations of managing inventory and handling the technical side of the business. It is not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we have a routine that works for us. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture. The focus is really on the workbench and the shipping area. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we find ways to keep moving. It is a very hands-on environment.
