We are located in Ambernath West, right at Shop 14 in the Vandana Shopping Centre on Gaondevi Road. It’s a busy spot most days. Most of the time, one of us is here behind the desk or organizing files in the back room. People come in from the neighborhood to talk about their savings or ask how the whole Nidhi thing works. We spend a lot of time on paperwork because that's just how this business is regulated. It’s not a fancy office, but we keep it tidy and welcoming for anyone who walks in. Sometimes the traffic outside on Gaondevi Road gets loud, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been here for a while, just handling the day-to-day accounts and checking the ledgers. You might see one of us out grabbing tea at the corner stall during the afternoon break. We deal with regular folks who want a safe place for their hard-earned money. We don’t do big advertising or anything like that. Word usually gets around by mouth from one neighbor to another. If you live nearby, you probably know where the shopping center is already. We are usually here from morning until the evening. It’s mostly just making sure the numbers add up and helping people fill out their forms correctly. Sometimes there is a line, but usually, it’s just one or two people at a time. It’s just us running things day by day in our little shop.
