Raeyz Endeavours Llp

Raeyz Endeavours Llp is based out of Happy Valley Home in Manpada, Thane. Specifically, we’re in A6 104. Since we’re in a residential area, it feels a lot more like a home than a stiff office building. It’s nice because it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, though the morning rush in Thane is still something else. We use the space to manage all our different projects and "endeavours" as the name suggests. It’s not a massive operation. We have a few desks set up and we spend most of our time there. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them, but it’s a good environment to work in. We didn't want a place that felt cold and clinical. We wanted a spot where we could actually think and get stuff done without all the corporate pressure. It’s just a small group of us here. We handle our own tea, we fix our own tech issues, and we don’t have any fancy titles. If something needs doing, whoever is free just does it. It’s a very hands-on way of running things. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just a local Thane business trying to do a good job day in and day out. It’s not perfect, but we like the way we do things here and it works for our small team.
