R T Star Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. doesn't have a big shop you can walk into on a main street. Instead, we do everything through Raju.Risa@Gmail.Com. That’s our main way of staying in touch with anyone who needs us. It might seem a bit different not having a building with a sign, but that is just how we have it set up. We check that inbox all the time during the day. It’s funny how a simple email address can be the whole home for a company, but that is the way things are moving now. We sit at the computer and handle the messages as they come in. If you send something to Raju.Risa@Gmail.Com, it gets to us directly. No middleman or anything like that. We started using this email because it was easy and it worked for what we needed. Sometimes we get a lot of mail, sometimes it is quiet. We don't really need a physical address when the internet lets us stay connected from wherever we are sitting. It’s just us behind the screen, looking at the jewellery details and replying to folks. It is a very direct way of doing things. We don't have to worry about rent for a big showroom in a busy mall. Just keeping that Gmail account active and making sure we respond.
