We have been working out of this flat for a while. It is a bit of a walk up but it is quiet enough to focus on the numbers. Navi Mumbai is always growing and there is a lot of building going on around us. We spend our time looking at plans and estimating costs for various jobs. It is practical work that requires a lot of double-checking. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us making sure the math is right. Sometimes the traffic in Koparkhairane can be a mess, but once you are inside the office, it is peaceful. We like being in this part of the city. There is always something happening outside. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. Just the essentials like computers, calculators, and plenty of pens. We prefer to keep things simple and honest. That is how we have always done things here at Sai Arpan.
