Q&M Affordable Housing Private Limited

We are located in room 1107 at Rupa Solitaire. That’s in Sector 1 of the Millennium Business Park in Mahape. It’s a busy area in Navi Mumbai. There are always people moving around here, mostly office workers and delivery guys. Our focus is on affordable housing. It’s a lot of desk work, looking at costs and trying to make the numbers work for people who don't have a lot of money to spend on a home. We spend a lot of time on the computer and on the phone talking to different agents. The office is standard, nothing too special to look at. We have a view of the other buildings in the park from our window. Sometimes the traffic in Mahape is a bit much in the morning when we try to get in. We’ve been here in Thane district for a while now. Housing is a tough business because land is expensive in this part of the country. We try to find ways to keep things cheap enough for regular families who just want a place to call their own. It’s not always easy to find those deals. We have stacks of files on the desks and a lot of empty tea cups. We talk to banks and government offices a lot. It’s a lot of bureaucracy and waiting for signatures. We just try to get through the day and help someone get a roof over their head. We’re not a huge firm. Just a dedicated group of people in a tall building in Navi Mumbai.
