Purity Foods

Purity Foods is located at Gala No. A/103 in Section 36. We are right across the way from the Shiv Sena office. It’s an industrial unit where we handle food processing and packing. The space is a bit tight because we have so many crates and bags of supplies stacked up. It’s always a bit of a juggle to move things around. We’ve been at this location for a few years now. The area is quite busy, and there’s always noise from the other units nearby. We focus on getting things packaged up and ready for the market. It isn't a glamorous job. We wear hairnets and aprons and spend hours weighing things out. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a conveyor belt or a sealer. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team in suits. We just make sure the food is handled properly and the bags are sealed tight. If you visit, you’ll see the guys loading up the small trucks in the alley. It can get pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the fans running. We try to stay organized, but with so many orders, the office desk is usually buried under invoices. We are just local people trying to run a decent food business. It’s hard work and long hours, but we’re used to the rhythm of Section 36 by now.
