It’s a pretty tall building, and being in Office 1405 gives us a good spot to work from. Even though we are in a more modern office building, we try to keep things grounded. We aren't some big multinational; we are just a local group trying to make a difference. The office is often a bit messy with flyers and boxes of supplies waiting to go out. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting with people who need support. Navi Mumbai is a big place, and there is always something going on. We don't use a lot of flowery language to describe what we do. We just look at what needs to be fixed or who needs a hand and we try to get it done. Some days the elevators in Cyber One are slow and it feels like we are losing time, but we just keep going. We don't have a lot of fancy titles here. Everyone just rolls up their sleeves and helps with whatever is needed. It’s about being practical and staying focused on the people we are trying to help every day. We hope to keep doing this for a long time.
