Priyadarshani Nidhi Limited is tucked away on the fourth floor of Laxmi Apartment in Padmanagar. We took over Flat No. 402 and 403 to make enough room for our staff and all the files we have to keep. Being in Bhiwandi, the area is always buzzing with activity, especially down on Varaldevi Road. It’s quite a climb up to the fourth floor if you aren't used to it, but it gives us a decent view of the neighborhood. The office is pretty simple. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the rest for storage and meetings. Working in a residential building like this makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial block. We handle a lot of local accounts, and people from the surrounding flats often pop in to say hello or settle their monthly dues. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running all day long. We aren't doing anything flashy here; it’s mostly just data entry, checking passbooks, and talking to members. The Thane humidity can be tough, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us. We try to keep things orderly, though with all the paperwork involved in a Nidhi company, there’s always a stack of documents somewhere. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right for the folks in Bhiwandi who need our services.
