We are set up in Dahanu, which is in the Thane district of Maharashtra. If you are coming to find us, we are right near K.L. Ponda High School in Parnaka. It’s a convenient spot because the school is a major landmark for everyone around here. Our office is more of a workspace where we look over drawings and plan out projects. The air here feels a bit different than in the middle of Mumbai, which is a relief most days. We do a lot of consulting on local buildings and structures. It’s not about being the biggest firm; it’s about knowing the local soil and what works for the weather here. Sometimes the kids from the school make a lot of noise during their break times, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep a few chairs for visitors and plenty of table space for blueprints. It’s a practical setup without any of the corporate fluff you see in the big city offices. Most of our work comes from people in the taluka who need help with their construction plans or getting things sorted with the local authorities. We take our time with each job because that’s how you avoid mistakes. It’s just a regular office where we work hard and go home to our families in the evening. Nothing fancy, just honest work. We enjoy being part of the Parnaka community and seeing the town grow slowly.
